Our Ultra Strict Head Harness Ring Gag is designed to stay exactly where you put it, and provide the ultimate level of helplessness. Unlike a single strap gag, the full head harness and cross-chin straps help hold the ring securely in position, making it much harder for the wearer to shift, push out or work loose during play. It feels more encompassing, more restrictive and gives an incredible level of control. 

At the centre is a strong steel frame, carefully wrapped in leather and supported by a full leather head harness. The additional cross-chin straps help keep the gag positioned securely even as the wearer moves, creating a much more controlled and restrictive fit than a standard single strap ring gag. There’s also a heavy duty D-ring positioned at the top of the harness, giving you another attachment point if you want to incorporate it into a larger restraint setup.

If you’re unsure which size to choose, we recommend starting smaller rather than immediately jumping to the largest option. Unlike a ball gag, a ring gag holds the mouth open rather than filling it, creating a very different sensation that can become considerably more demanding over time.

Head Harness Sizing

Our standard head harness is one size fits most, with generous adjustment built into the straps.

Standard sizing is designed to suit most people with a head circumference between approximately 52–59cm / 20.5–23". Outside that range? No problem. We offer complimentary custom sizing. Simply enter your head and neck circumference in the custom sizing field when ordering and we’ll make the head harness to suit you at no extra cost.
